Return Period

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with any original packaging where possible

  • Free from damage caused after delivery

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a fault, damage, incorrect item supplied, or another error on our part, UniqueOakArt will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Deliveries

All orders are shipped using insured delivery services.

If an item is lost or damaged during transit, customers should contact us as soon as possible.

Claims relating to courier damage or loss may be handled through the courier's compensation process.

We will assist customers in resolving such issues where appropriate.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where products:

  • Have been used beyond reasonable inspection

  • Show signs of misuse, damage or neglect after delivery

  • Are returned outside the stated return period without prior agreement

Incorrect or Faulty Items
