1. About UniqueOakArt

UniqueOakArt is an independent handmade woodworking and creative studio based in Northampton, England.

The Archive offers digital photography downloads featuring original handmade creations and workshop moments from UniqueOakArt.

All digital products available through this website are photographs only. No physical products will be shipped.

2. Digital Products

All items sold through The Archive are digital files, mainly high-resolution photographs created by UniqueOakArt.

Each digital product description provides information about the file format and available download.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their device and software are suitable for downloading and viewing digital files.

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Payment must be completed before access to the digital file is provided.

Prices shown on the website are subject to change without notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

4. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, access to the purchased digital file will be provided through the order confirmation process.

As digital products are delivered electronically, no physical delivery or shipping service is required.

The customer is responsible for downloading and safely storing their purchased file.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of UniqueOakArt.

Purchasing a digital download does not transfer ownership or copyright of the image.

The purchased file is licensed for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The customer may not:

  • resell the digital file,

  • redistribute or share the file,

  • use the image for commercial purposes,

  • claim the photograph as their own work.

6. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot normally be provided once the digital file has been accessed or downloaded.

If there is a technical problem with the purchased file, please contact UniqueOakArt and reasonable assistance will be provided.

7. Website Content

All photographs, descriptions, designs and written content displayed on this website are created by or belong to UniqueOakArt.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Customer information is processed only for the purpose of completing orders, providing digital downloads and managing customer enquiries.

UniqueOakArt does not store payment card details. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
